I built RESET360 because I needed it myself
I'm Camille McLaughlin, a registered dietitian. I work with women in midlife whose bodies seem to have changed the rules, and I've lived that from the inside more than once.
My story
For years I did everything I was told: Weight Watchers, eat less and move more, every standard piece of advice. My weight climbed to 260 pounds anyway, and I stayed exhausted and hungry the whole time.
When I finally paid out of pocket to see an endocrinologist, the diagnoses came fast: PCOS, insulin resistance, and flatlined cortisol. The shift came when I stopped fighting my body and started feeding it. I stripped food back to its most basic job, nourishment, and built every meal around protein, vegetables, and natural fats. My triglycerides, normally over 400, came back normal for the first time. The hunger quieted, and the energy came back.
That experience sent me back to school. I earned a degree in Health Science with a concentration in nutrition, completed my supervised practice, and became a registered dietitian so I could help other women understand their bodies the way I had finally learned to understand mine.
Then I was diagnosed with colon cancer. After surgery and six months of chemotherapy, my body went through another round of upheaval: weight changes, the shift into menopause, and a fatigue that went all the way down. I rebuilt my health a second time, and this time I paid attention to everything that shapes the signals the body responds to: sleep, stress, movement, environment, and mindset, along with food. RESET360 came out of that second rebuild.
Who I work with
Women in midlife who feel their body changed without warning, especially those who sense something deeper is going on even after being told their labs look normal. Many are living with insulin resistance, PCOS, prediabetes, fatty liver, or the weight, sleep, and energy changes of perimenopause and menopause.

A note from my farmhouse table
My husband and I live in an antique farmhouse on 25 acres in New England, slowly working toward a more self-sustaining way of living, one season and one project at a time. That is how I think about health too: a gradual, steady return to yourself, one change at a time.
RESET360 is educational. It is built to sit alongside the care you get from your own doctor and healthcare team.
