Start where you are

RESET360 is a series of swaps, made one at a time. Every time you take something out, you put something better in, so the plate stays full and the changes stay.

The full RESET360 plate

Every RESET360 meal is built from the same three parts: a whole-food protein, a real fat, and non-starchy vegetables, with low-glycemic fruit when you want it, always paired with protein or fat. Carbohydrate comes from vegetables and fruit. Nothing processed and no added sugar. The Nutrition pillar explains why that plate keeps blood sugar steady and hunger quiet.

Nobody has to start there on day one. The roadmap below moves you toward it one swap at a time. When whole foods leave you feeling great, Step 2 is your plate, and Step 3 is the next step for anyone who wants to keep going.

The roadmap: three steps, at your own pace

There is no clock. A step might settle in a week or take a month or more. Move to the next one when the current one feels natural and you could keep it up without thinking about it.

Step 1: Swap your drinks

Out go soda, diet soda and other diet drinks, juice, and sweetened coffee drinks. In come water, sparkling water, tea, coffee, and bone broth. This is the biggest and fastest change for most women, because a sweet drink delivers sugar with nothing to slow it down, and you feel the steadier energy within days. Diet drinks trade the sugar for artificial sweeteners, which are made in a factory, so they're processed drinks, and your drinks are as clean as your food.

Step 2: Swap processed for whole

Every processed food comes out, and whole food takes its place, one item at a time: a pork chop you cook in place of microwave pulled pork, a block of real cheese in place of processed slices. Anything still in a bag, a box, or a can has whole-food ingredients: frozen vegetables that are only vegetables, canned tomatoes that are only tomatoes and salt, nuts with nothing added. This step usually takes the longest, because convenience food is everywhere, so give it time. When whole foods leave you feeling great, this is your plate.

Step 3: The full reset

Grains, legumes, and starchy vegetables come out, whichever of them you still eat, and more non-starchy vegetables, protein, and real fat go in. This is the next step for anyone who wants to keep going, and it's low-carbohydrate eating. Meals without grains, legumes, or starchy vegetables raise blood sugar less, so your body releases less insulin, and lower insulin lets it draw on stored fat between meals. This is the full RESET360 plate.

Which pillar first

Food is one of six pillars, and the order you take them in matters more than how hard you push. RESET360 starts with nutrition, because the plate steadies your blood sugar from the very first meal. Then movement, sleep, stress, your environment, and the mindset that keeps it all going. Each pillar builds on the ones before it, and you keep every one going as you add the next. Sleep changes slowly, over weeks, so its habits stay with you long after you first reach it.
